Coating lines on release papers or plastic films

We have defined Rotocoat as all those plants where paper or plastic film substrates are coated.
The most commonly used coating systems are blade or cylinder coating systems where quantities have to be applied with very high precision.
A typical line is one where smooth or embossed release paper is used as a coating backing for the production of artificial leather.
At the end of the line, the release paper is separated by transferring its design and surface finish onto the coating ("transfer").

The paper can be used several times.
