Bovine split finishing lines

In order to be able to upgrade cowhide splits and offer them as an alternative to full grain with comparable appearance and quality, an accurate finishing process using coating lines is required. Such a process can replace traditional spraying systems.
Rotosplit are the machines and plants that enable the surface finishing of cowhide splits by applying a thin PU film with an outstanding finishing effect.
The process is carried out continuously using release papers, with a "transfer" system as on the Rotocoat lines for the production of synthetic leather.
